WHAT IS AN EPA CERTIFICATION FORM AND WHY DO I NEED TO DO IT?
We maintain that before an order is fulfilled, we must receive a filled out EPA Certification Form on our website. This lets us know if you are a reseller of R-22 or an HVAC registered technician. We need this documentation because our product contains hazardous materials and needs to follow the EPA regulations for shipping and handling.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please note that returns are only accepted within 10 days of receiving items and will only be refunded if the factory seal is not tampered with or broken. Item must be in the same condition as it was delivered. Buyer must pay return shipping.
